At StagPursuit, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • Products must be returned in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital/downloadable products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Used or damaged items caused by improper handling

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work quickly to provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returned items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Exchanges

We currently replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
